We want you to love making fresh plant-based milk at home, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period for all Milky Plant machines. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your device for a full refund within the first month of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Machine

  Ensure the Milky Plant machine is clean, dry, and securely packed in its original packaging along with all included accessories.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
